Robyn Michaels, Realtor, Kinlin Grover Real Estate

As your realtor count on my skill, knowledge and perseverance to find you your dream home; whether it's for year round living or a Cape Cod get-a-way. I offer personal hands-on service, creative marketing, strong negotiating and excellent follow through.

Selling your home? I'll introduce your home to the market with great fanfare using all tools available to get homebuyers into your home; I'll suggest ways to 'stage' your home so it looks its best, provide comparative research from which to base your selling price, and I'll be with you through every step right to the closing.

Buying a home? I promise to work at your pace and will match your criteria with homes available on the market. I'll offer my expertise in the home buying process and guide you towards experts in related fields such as financing, insurance, and home inspection. Buying a home is a huge purchase & we'll go through it together.

In 2007 I was awarded Kinlin Grover’s Rookie of the Year, an amazing beginning to six wonderful years in the Real Estate Business.
